How many meals and how many servings?
Our typical meal prep is always 6 meals at 5-6 servings/meal…meant for larger families or couples who love to take leftovers for lunch. Our SMALL meal prep is for singles/couples…6 meals at 2-3 servings each.
When are the meal prep group sessions?
Every Sunday at 2:00 (unless it’s a holiday) And weekdays at 11:00. I may add a weekday evening in the future. My menus will be updated on the EPCC website monthly.
How much do you charge for participation? How much does it cost?
I currently don’t have a participation fee. I require a $50 deposit that will go towards the total cost of all your ingredients and supplies.
For the larger serving sized meal prep sessions, the cost is about $280-310, so about $8 per serving, depending on the protein. The smaller meal prep is around $180-$215 for 6 meals at 2-3 servings/meal.
